Esther Gromov* is an aspiring illustrator from Baltimore, Maryland.

Her teachers include painter Trevor Twist at the Mitchell school of Fine Art in Baltimore Maryland; Arnie Clapman gave her lessons in sequential art, and she briefly studied perspective drawing with fellow Irish musician and artist Norm Myers, as well as numerous drawing and anatomy books, various video lessons, and some self-study on schoolism.com.

She can now add SmartSchool to that list, Spring Semester 2024: Team Teach with Scott Fischer and Greg Manchess

Esther currently lives in Israel with her husband and two children.​

*Note about name change: Esther married Shuviel Avraham Maaravi z"l (may his memory be a blessing) in 2016 and was widowed in 2021. She has since remarried. Books were published before the name change.
